Election Violence Monitoring (EVM)

The United States Institute of Peace (USIP) funded the Election Violence Monitoring (EVM) project that focused on data collection from the media and other sources on electoral violence incidents between January and May 2013. TDEA produced a report based on its research on electoral violence called “Triggers.” Besides the report and other publications, the project also produced television shows highlighting the risk of electoral violence in selected districts.
