Rights and Advancement of Marginalized People (RAMP) is a 30-month program funded by the United States Department of State Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor (DRL). The project’s goal is to strengthen local civil society organizations (CSO) working to advance and protect the rights of marginalized communities. It is designed to award grants enabling innovative actions by local CSOs in the Coalition for Inclusive Pakistan (CIP), established with DRL funding in 2017. The short-term targeted initiatives will focus on the political participation and rights of women, transgender individuals, people with disabilities, and members of religious, ethnic and indigenous minorities.
