Professor Dr. Mohammad Waseem

Professor Dr. Mohammad Waseem has been a Member of TDEA’s Board of Trustees since 2015. He is a Professor of Political Science at the Department of Social Sciences, Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), and has recently been elected as the Chairperson of TDEA’s Board. He has served as the Chairman of the International Relations Department, at the Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad. He has been honored to serve as Pakistan Chair at St. Antony’s College, Oxford, from 1995-1999. He is a Professor of International repute and has taught at many national and international universities as a visiting faculty. He is an author of par excellence and has extensively written on constitutional, electoral, and sectarian issues in Pakistan. He has led a number of DFID- and UNDP-sponsored research projects to the best of his abilities.
