Dr. Anoosh Khan is a distinguished Professor and the Chair of the Department of Gender Studies at the University of Peshawar. She completed her Master’s degree in English Literature from the University of Peshawar and did her Ph.D. in Anthropology from the American University, Washington (D.C). Her research primarily focuses on the identity formation of Pashtun women, while her in-depth study includes discourse analysis, ideology, citizenship, linguistic and cultural anthropology, gender and literature, and gender and human rights. Professor Dr. Anoosh Khan joined TDEA’s Board of Trustee in 2017.
