Election Observation in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP)
Mr. Ghulam Ahmed has over 13 years of experience in budgeting, financial management, grant management, risk identification, financial reporting, and procurement strategy. He is currently working as Manager Finance AFGP, a USAID-funded program that awards grants to key impact areas that the US ambassador prioritizes. Before joining TDEA, Mr. Ahmed worked as Country Head of Accounts and Finance for the non-profit microfinance institution BRAC. During his career, he has managed regulations enforced by international donor agencies such as USAID, EU, DFID, British Council, DAI, USIP, and PPAF.
