Dr. Asma Ul Husna Faiz

Dr. Asma Faiz is Associate Professor of Political Science at Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS). She is the author of In Search of Lost Glory: Sindhi Nationalism in Pakistan (Hurst Publishers, London & Oxford University Press, New York, 2021). Her research focuses on ethnic nationalism, populism, party and electoral politics and federalism. She is a member of editorial boards for journals Commonwealth and Comparative Politics and Contemporary South Asia. Dr. Faiz is recipient of Campus France Fellowship at Sciences Po, (2018), Rangoonwalla Fellowship at University of Oxford (2023) and Charles Wallace Fellowship at University of Nottingham (2025).
