Advocacy and Legal Aid for Religious Minorities (ALARM) was a 34-month initiative funded by the European Union. The program aimed to strengthen organizational systems of the Human Rights Commission of Pakistan (HRCP), including training and mentoring on the human rights information and documentation system (HURIDOCS) to enhance the HRCP publications’ quality.
