The ten-chapter report includes the observation findings on pre-voting proceedings, arrangements and staffing at polling stations, voting process, result management process, election day security, campaigning and canvassing on election day, facilitation for marginalized groups participation in election and election observation. The observers noted the compliance of the election day processes with the statutory and regulatory provisions on the conduct of election.
