Kausar Bibi has done her master’s in political science and gender & women studies. She has around 12 years of working experience in the development sector. She started her career as an advocate of child protection and women empowerment. She has also worked with multiple national and international organizations in implementing projects and programs focused on child protection, gender equality, education, youth development, women empowerment and capacity building. She is an active member of the child rights movement of Pakistan and also a board member of the Mojaz Foundation. Currently, she is working with TDEA as a Senior Program Officer in the capacity building and networking management unit.
